About the Founder
Aloha, I'm April L. Crowell — founder and Director of Aliʻi Security Maui. Born and raised in the valley of Pālolo on the island of Oʻahu, I've called Maui home since 2008 and have proudly dedicated my life to serving this community.
With over a decade of professional security and public safety experience, I bring a unique combination of government, private sector, and community-based leadership. I served seven years as a Correctional Officer at Maui Community Correctional Center, followed by key leadership roles at the Maui Tropical Plantation, where I currently oversee all security operations as Director.
